I have an idea for a product,can not afford to self produce, how do I sell an idea?

I have an idea that if produced would be a good secondary selling option.I can not afford to produce said product, not even the prototype, but the consept may be sold. How do I find interested potential buyers. Or do I go to the origional market and tell them I have a product that will improve their sales
