I need to talk with someone who sold restrictive stocks recently, I want to ask how?

I have a restrictive stocks certificate but I couldn't find any broker to want to sell them, the stocks are under 1 dollar a share. That is why I want to talk with someonce who recently has been under this stress, to consolate me and perhaps give me a free tip.Thanks.
