i have a 1892 1/5 share certificate ofthe maritime canal co. of nicaragua.is it worth anything?

the certificate is;the nicaragua canal construction company;and has the number 23 on it,so i was wondering if anyone could tell me about it?or is it still a stock that is still in operations or is it just a very old piece of dated paper anymore?
