I have 3 computers. 2 automatically get streaming quotes on yahoo finance. One does not. why?

My laptop computer has Win XP with latest Java s/w. I use yahoo finance to view mutual funds and stocks. My desktop and my wifes computer show streaming quote updates without refreshing the screen. My laptop does not do this. Why?
