I have an idea for a .COM business; how do i sell it to a venture capitalist?

1) are there companies that accept a detail business proposal online and help me in getting a venture capitalist to fund the concept and business model 2) how safe are these companies; what are the chance of them hijacking the idea from me and launching it themselves
